Before, during and after the ceremony
- Before. About 30 minutes of prelude, usually 10 songs, while guests arrive.
- During. Your processionals, with as few song changes as feel right, since the players turn pages between songs. We go quiet when the officiant starts.
- After. The recessional, then about 3 more songs while guests leave.
- Cocktail hour. If you add it, about 20 songs an hour.

Picking your songs
After you book, your BookLive client portal holds the whole library, from Bach and Pachelbel to Taylor Swift and Coldplay. Drag songs into order, add requests, or let us fill in the rest to match the songs you chose. A song that isn't in the library is usually $25 to $50, depending on how complicated it is. Picks are due about two weeks before the wedding.

Holding your date
Send your date and the parts of the day you'd like music for. To book, you sign the contract and pay a 50% deposit in your BookLive client portal; the balance is due a week before. Paying by bank transfer (ACH) keeps the fee low. We don't usually need a final call before the wedding, but we're always happy to have one if you'd like.
